When you sign up on flaircomp.com, we need to store a bit of your personal information. To get the boring stuff out of the way first, your data will be stored on a server in the EU when you sign up, and if you don’t use the site for two years, we will send you one email to see if you’re still interested – and if you don’t react, your profile is automatically and irreversibly deleted.
From time to time, we will allow organisers on flaircomp.com to send you an email about upcoming comps, and no more than twice a year we might send you an email about new features that we think you’d like. But apart from that, nobody will be nagging you. We will never give your contact information to any third parties, and we hate spam just as much as you do.
Your name and details such as name, handedness, height, company, country and city will be shown to the organisers and judges when you sign up for a comp, as they need this for the program, running order, scores etc. And also keep in mind, that when you sign up on flaircomp.com, the same information will be available to the public on your own performer page that looks like this. You can write your own little ad there and even put an email address or a phone number in the description, if you’d like people to contact you. But that’s up to you, and it’s not necessary to sign up.
You can always send us an email on support@flaircomp.com to have your data deleted or to hear more about how we protect your personal information.
